A attention to detail combined with a love for gastronomy from Portugal and around the world, along with a conscious and meticulous financial and human resources management, has made the dream take shape and become tangible to this day.
With the clear aim of adding value to the culinary offering of the city of Porto, we then opened our first restaurant, Terra Nova – Fine Codfish & Oysters, followed by Taberna Rio – Traditional Portuguese Food, also in 2017. Subsequently, in 2022, we opened our third restaurant, Escama – Sea Cuisine.
In 2023, we added an existing project to the group, the restaurant Atrevo, which became our relaxed fine dining gastronomic venture, with a strong experimental aspect. In 2024, born from a long-standing common desire, we are focusing on a project that emphasises traditional Italian cuisine, Federica – Cucina Italiana.
At Panorama Group, we have more than 60 employees, who share with us this feeling of passion and commitment to the areas of catering and hospitality. Together, we work daily with rigor, dedication and with the aim of raising our operational standards, innovating our culinary offerings, and ensuring a quality service, in order to exceed the expectations of those who visit us.

Restaurants
Terra Nova
Located in the picturesque Ribeira do Porto, on the banks of the sumptuous River Douro, there is a truly unique restaurant. It is a restaurant specialised in cod and oysters that will delight your palate with a unique fusion of flavours and a stunning view.
Taberna Rio
Located at number 24 on the Cais da Ribeira, with the Douro River as a host, you can enjoy a privileged view of the D. Luís I Bridge and the iconic Serra do Pilar. Accompanying the lively street scene, it has created a welcoming and family-friendly experience, where comfort food takes centre stage.
Escama
Your mission is to bring the best that the sea has to offer to the city centre of Porto, with fresh products delivered daily to our doorstep. They adopt a concept of sharing, through which they prioritise not only flavour but also the experience and memories created at the table.
Atrevo
Atrevo presents itself as a restaurant with an ingredient-led cuisine. Experimental, it is influenced by the product and its seasonality, where a break from formalities is experienced. The relaxed fine dining service demystifies its classic standards and focuses on a more intimate and family-like atmosphere. The purpose is to challenge the more curious spirits and the most restless palates. Here, nothing is too bold for those who dare to try everything.
Federica
The Federica restaurant was established with the aim of bringing generations together through the classic concept of Italian cuisine. It features a menu inspired by recipes that have been passed down through generations, with each ingredient carefully selected and the pasta being 100% handmade, with a slow fermentation process lasting between 24 to 48 hours.
