Gift Card Acquisition:

• The purchase of the Gift Card must be made through the contact form available on the Gift Card page.

• After filling out the form, you will be asked to send proof of bank transfer.

• The Gift Card will be sent in digital format (PDF) to the email indicated in the form, within 3 to 7 business days after payment confirmation.

Using the Gift Card:

• A reservation is required to use the Gift Card.

• The reservation is subject to the availability of the Panorama Group restaurants and must be made by providing the Gift Card code at the time of booking.

• Each Gift Card is valid for two people and can only be used once.

General Rules:

• The Gift Card cannot be combined with other promotions, nor is it applicable to group menus or executive menus.

• The presentation of the Gift Card (in physical or digital format) is mandatory upon arrival at the restaurant.

• Reservations can be canceled or changed with at least 24 hours' notice. In case of no-show without prior notice, the Gift Card will be considered used.

• In case of non-use or loss, it will not be possible to request a refund or make use of it.

Validity and Refund Conditions:

• The Gift Card is not subject to monetary redemption, is non-refundable and is valid for one year from the date entered on it.

• After the validity period ends, the Gift Card becomes unusable.
